"POWER OF SMILE"

SMILE
S - Sets you free
M - Makes you special
I - Increases your face value
L - Lifts up your spirits
E - Erases all your tensions

"Dedicate time to laugh, it mitigates the stress"

Power of smile ..... increases your face value. So add 'Smile Power' to your life. People with a great smile radiate a warmth that draws others to them instantly. Smile spreads everlasting fragrance. If i notice anyone's smile inspires me... I will compliment them...Then i will get a 'thanks' in return with a bright smile from them... that brightened smile makes my day wonderful.
Some people have always a wonderful smile on their faces. That is not god's gift for them...that is their talent...they build up that gracious smiling face their own way..their smile lits up the room.I feel if i cant say that their smile is terrific...then it means to me as a gift (their smile)received from them without returning a ‘thanks’’. And one more thing... when i tell them that their smile is beautiful... naturally their face lights up n happily says thanks...i also feel happy coz my comment probably made their day. Smiles are instant n natural face lifts.
Life's lessons have taught me this: a smile is the number one feature that makes people attractive. It's a welcome mat. It's what makes folks approachable.People with great smiles radiate a warmth that draws others to them instantly.
If you assume you're not particularly photogenic then your smile works for it and can give u the needed change. When you've command on your smile, you'll consistently look better in photos. Now when I encounter a total stranger with a million-dollar smile I share the compliment, "You have a wonderful smile...thanks for brightening my day!"And when I spot a show-stopper smile. I always express my appreciation.
Never loose you childish attitude ... at any struggling or dull period of your life, u can inspire from that attitude ...i think....i am not wrong ...Always be Happy, always wear a smile. Not because life is full of reasons to smile but because your smile itself is a reason for many others to smile!

Your smile enigmatically steals many people's hearts.

Smile...So start your day with smile. Keep Smiling.. HAVE A NICE DAY.

"PAIN"

"A man who won't die for something is not fit to live."
There is no pain so great as the memory of joy in present grief. I love my past. I love my present. I'm not ashamed of what I've had, and I'm not sad because I have it no longer.... joy and sorrow are inseparable. . . together they come and when one sits alone with you
. . . remember that the other is asleep upon your bed.
When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving much advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a gentle and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares.
I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge -- myth is more potent than history -- dreams are more powerful than facts -- hope always triumphs over experience -- laughter is the cure for grief -- love is stronger than death.......The pain passes, but the beauty remains.
Learn from yesterday, Live for today, Hope for tomorrow.--Albert Einstein
Who is attached to things will suffer much like me and .. He/she who knows when to stop does not find him/herself in trouble. He/she will stay forever safe. Iam a little bit senti and emotional ...but strrrrong n determinated towards my goal...
"Grief is itself a medicine."

"INTROVERTS"

Are you an Introvert? Can you live viciriously in the internet, but in public become quiet, withdrawn, and even when you are being nice, you come across as rude? Would you rather be in your room, reading, playing games, or other hobbies, instead of being at a loud party or get together? Would you rather people just shut up and leave you alone? If this is the case, come on in, I have been waiting for you....i wanna tell something about intraverts...
Do you know someone who needs hours alone every day? Who loves quiet conversations about feelings or ideas, and can give a dynamite presentation to a big audience, but seems awkward in groups and maladroit at small talk?
Oh, for months every one denied it. After all, introverts have good social skills. They are not morose or misanthropic. Usually they are far from shy. They love long conversations that explore intimate thoughts or passionate interests. In doing so, they have found themselves liberated from any number of damaging misconceptions and stereotypes. Now Iam here to tell you what you need to know in order to respond sensitively and supportively to your own introverted familymembers, friends, and colleagues. Remember, someone you know, respect, and interact with every day is an introvert, and you are probably driving this person nuts. It pays to learn the warning signs.
Introverts are not necessarily shy. Shy people are anxious or frightened or self-excoriating in social settings; introverts generally are not. Their quiet, introspective ways, they argued, should therefore be viewed not as a deviation from standard, but as a different kind of normal.
Extroverts are energized by people. Leave an extrovert alone for two minutes and he will reach for his cell phone. In contrast, after an hour or two of being socially "on," we introverts need to turn off and recharge. This isn't antisocial. It isn't a sign of depression. It does not call for medication. For introverts, to be alone with our thoughts is as restorative as sleeping, as nourishing as eating.
Our motto: "I'm okay, you're okay—in small doses."
It is very difficult for an extrovert to understand an introvert. Extroverts are easy for introverts to understand, because extroverts spend so much of their time working out who they are in voluble, and frequently inescapable, interaction with other people. They are as inscrutables. But the street does not run both ways. Extroverts have little or no grasp of introversion. They assume that company, especially their own, is always welcome. They cannot imagine why someone would need to be alone; indeed, they often take umbrage at the suggestion. As often as I have tried to explain the matter to extroverts, I have never sensed that any of talking, where as extroverts tend to think by talking, which is why their meetings never last less than six hours. If you notice that someone's getting tired out by a long conversation, they're probably an introvert. But it's not a first impression kind of thing.
They love people—They are not misanthropic for the most part. They just can't socialize with them all the time. They want to hold their hand or hug them or just sit quietly and read a book with them.Introverts think more than extroverts .. they prefer silence ... they finally tend to be stronger, sincere, more intelligent and hard working and have more integrity than their careless counterparts ... according to me introverts cant mix with all kinds of people easily, but when the right combination comes they mix very well......
Iam also an introvert.....it's not something abnormal to be introvert...nothing made me an introvert....coz i'm an introvert by birth .......it was just my inborn nature...may be it was due to lack of frnds in my childhood that i cudn't open up properly...so many inferior complexes ....
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
aaaaaa.....
i guessssss...
cant xpress myself infront of evryone....very shy...but at times dunno from where alot of confidence comes.....at times talk alot.... n the next moment sitting at a loss of words...sometimes love to cry for no reason...always worried if i would say that what will the other thing....huhhhhh ! Iam sooooo confused......! But Iam enjoying every bit of being an introvert"
I think im an observer. I used to stare in dark sky of night for hours, i dont know why.....i feel comfortable when im alone...anyways i love the way Iam......i love people....but i dont care people loves me or not...I'm happiest in my own room surrounded by my books and PC and music.....Iam reserved and dont want to let people know about me ..... thats one secret i like keeping .....
why ? ......because .....thats me!!!!!Iam Proud to be an Introvert
Iam aloNe but strrrrrrooooooooNggggg.....

"POWER OF POSITIVE THOUGHTS"

Be Happy N inspire someone

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success...

"Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free; Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls; Where words come out from the depth of truth; Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection; Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit; Where the mind is lead forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action- Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake." ....."GEETANJALI" (RABINDERANATH TAGORE) Get smart in life. Let there be no misunderstanding about this: putting your interests first to a sensible degree is the most important thing you can do if you care about your happiness and the happiness of those around you!.

"meditation"

Chanting a mantra is one of the most popular meditation techniques. To be effective a mantra has to become more and more subtle; the sound moves from the audible to soundlessness.
Four stages of chanting a mantra, and unless all these stages are completed the mantra cannot be successful. a mantra; it is any sound which resonates with your being and not something esoteric given by a master. It could even be your own name! A mantra works only when you are in a witnessing state. You repeat the word, and you remain a witness to it; for example if you repeat 'Rama, Rama, Rama...' , deep inside you watch yourself repeat it, watch the sound arise, watch the sound taking form, move, slowly disappear and watch the gaps between two utterances of 'Rama'. Slowly the utterance of the mantra becomes more subtle.
So, there are four stages of chanting a mantra. In the first stage it is repeated aloud, so others can hear it. At this stage you are not alert enough to repeat it without making a sound and if you only repeat it inside without your lips moving, you may not be able to be aware. The mantra has to be chanted loudly. When you have learned to repeat the mantra loudly, then repeat it with your mouth closed, your lips not moving at all. Just repeat it within yourself. It will be in your throat and the sound will become a bit more subtle. Now, go a bit deeper. Don't repeat the mantra consciously, let it happen. When you have worked on the sound for long, it repeats itself subconsciously, automatically. When a person has been working for years on a sound then there is no need to repeat, he simply sits silently and the sound comes up; it repeats itself. Now you are just a listener, a watcher. At the final stage the sound disappears completely. There is no repetition, only the watcher is left. This is the deepest form of meditation.
